Hey Acadia Students!
2024-2025 Axes in Action fundraiser aim is to combat food insecurity in the Town of Wolfville and Acadia community. Our vision for the year is to create a sustainable support system for the food security initiatives, contributing to community well-being and success.
Axes in Action is Acadia Students' Union's traditional fundraiser. This year, we will be hosting trivia and karaoke nights, selling stickers and magnets, having themed fundraising days, bake sales, craft fairs, and social media campaigns to raise donations.
2024-2025 Axes in Action fundraiser aim is to combat food insecurity in the Town of Wolfville. Our long-term vision is to create a sustainable support system against food insecurity to enhance community well-being and success.
We run it together! It is OUR fundraiser. The Acadia Students' Union (ASU), Acadia University students, and community members in Wolfville, including donors, volunteers, and local businesses, all play a big role.
Usually done around Christmas time, this year Axes in Action spans multiple events throughout the academic year. Our goal is to raise funds by the end of the academic year.
You can donate by using a debit or credit card at our events. We also accept cash and e-transfer! Please send e-transfers to asufinance@acadiau.ca (Acadia Students' Union) and write Axes in Action in the message box.
