The nomination period started today, October 3rd, at 8am! 🎉
The nomination period is a vital phase in the election process, and the ASU is committed to encouraging as many students as possible to apply for each available position. This is a meaningful opportunity to represent your peers, influence positive change, and build leadership experience that sets you apart— all while helping shape the future of the ASU and our student community.
Key Election Dates
📌 Nomination Period: October 3rd, 8am to October 17th, 10pm
📌 All Candidates Meeting: October 19th, 6-8pm
📌 Campaign Period: October 20th, 4pm to October 30th, 10pm
📌 Debate Night: October 24th, 6-8pm
📌 Voting: October 31st, 8am to November 3rd, 8pm

Looking to get mail or packages on campus?
To receive mail or packages on campus, you'll need to buy an ASU mailbox. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email in your Acadia inbox with your new mailing address and box number.
Please ensure you enter the student’s name and student number accurately when completing an online purchase. Mailboxes are issued exclusively to students, and entering any other name may result in delays.

The Students Union Building (SUB) is also home to vital student services and organizations like the ASU Food Cupboard, The Ath, Axe Radio, Acadia Pride, Women's Centre, and Acadia Mental Health Initiative, providing support and resources for students when they need it most.
